In accordance with our booking terms, cancellations made by clients 28 days prior to the commencement of the hire period will result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations occurring between 28 and 14 days before the hire period will incur forfeiture of the deposit. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled hire period are non-refundable.
